Jeff Johnson - Owner
Jeff started learning to work on cars at 8 years old. He worked on customers vehicles and helped run the shop until his father (John G Johnson III) died in 1992. Jeff took over the business and has been running it ever since. He has over 55 years of hands on experience and has attended many Technician, Service Advisor, Service Manager, and Shop Owner courses over the years. He enjoys traveling and spending time on the lake with his family.
Jake Johnson - Operations Manager
Jake officially joined the team in 2014 after high school. Jake is Jeff’s son and has worked under many different titles and jobs during his tenure, but is currently overseeing the day to day operations of the shop. Jake is an ASE Certified Service Consultant and Technician, and has attended multiple Service Advisor, Service Manager, and Shop Owner courses. He also runs the Emissions Station on site. He is poised to take over the shop with his sister Courtney in the near future. He enjoys spending time with his wife (Britney), dog (Winston), and their cats.
Courtney Johnson - Office Manager
Courtney officially joined the team after graduating with a psychology degree from Young Harris College in 2015. (She had helped out off and on during the summers leading up to her graduation). Courtney is Jeff’s daughter and is in charge of running the front office and social media. She has attended multiple Service Writer, Service Manager, and Shop Owner courses and is poised to take over the shop with Jake in the near future. She enjoys reading, painting her nails, and spending time with her dog (Sherlock) and snakes (Willow and Rowan).
Johnny Gonzalez - Service Writer
Johnny joined the team in 2017 as a shop porter. He worked his way up through the ranks from Shop Porter to General Service Technician, then to his current position as Service Writer. He has attended multiple Service Advisor courses and is an ASE Certified Service Consultant. He enjoys taking his dog, Chalupa, to the dog park.
Chris Colton - Technician
Chris joined the team in 2021 as an ASE Certified Technician. He grew up in his grandpa’s shop, which sparked his passion for cars. While he worked in a different industry, Chris would spend his free time on his hobby of tinkering on cars. He returned to the automotive industry, where he has been for 15 years. He sees every car as a puzzle and loves to solve them. He enjoys spending time with his family.
Carlo Villatoro - Lube/Emissions Inspector
Carlo joined the team in 2023. He developed an interest in cars from his family working in the industry along with watching movies and tv. Carlo is currently in training to be a general service technician. He has the eventual goal of building performance cars for racing. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing video games, and camping in his free time.
Teada Friend - Shop Porter/Emissions Inspector
Teada joined the team in 2023. He works in a supportive role to the technicians.
Brenda Johnson
Brenda is Jeff’s wife and stepmother to Jake and Courtney. She works part time in a supportive role. She helps out wherever needed, whether that be with marketing, community outreach, or as an HR representative, She enjoys traveling, bingo and trivia nights, and going out for sunset cruises on the boat.
